Trench

I love Twenty Øne Piløts, I never will stop loving then, and I’m quite impressed with this new album. Although, despite all the positivity towards it, there are still haters. These haters are probably some depressed cowards who hide behind a screen and claim they aren’t satisfied with the music. Well guess what, haters? Josh and Tyler put tons of work into this, and you’re just jealous and greedy bums. This was an amazing album, especially after a 2-year hiatus. Think their music is boring this time? Take the time and actually read the lyrics. You want rap? Listen to Levitate. You want emotion? Listen to Legend, which is for Tyler’s grandpa, which is now unfortunately deceased (bless him). Don’t like the album overall? I strongly disagree. Still think the music is only about depression and suicide? Well, to put it simply for dimwitted haters, that saved people from depression and suicide and etc. Still bored with the album? Go listen to something else instead of complaining. After all that, I actually wanna say something about the album. Trench is an amazing album, and is extremely diverse. Not only that, there are hidden messages that are pretty fun to decode. It also teaches important lessons. For example, Neon Gravestones is pretty much saying ‘respect your elders’, but in an extremely emotional way. The Hype is talking about how Tyler and Josh know their fame is not forever, so they’ll enjoy it while it lasts. Thank you for reading my rant to the haters, and my opinion on the album. Overall, Trench is great, and Twenty Øne Pilots are great overall.

Vessel was thought-provoking, young and aggressive then Blurryface represented their true musical eclecticism with hard-hitting sexy beats. Trench...truly mesmerizing. Songwriting perfection with a symphonic sophistication unlike before. The hooks send shivers down my spine...

Best of all time!

At first, I was expecting some wack songs from the names of them and I didn’t really like it at first, but the more I listened to it, the more I started to love it and now I can’t stop listening to it 2 months later.

Truthfully, I wasn't a fan at first. TOP is known for their uniqueness, but I was surprised at the complete different direction I felt this record went. I had a chance to see them on the first stop of the Bandito Tour in Nashville and it completely changed my perspective. Each song is fun, personal and different. I can't say enough about this record other than it's their best by far. So many sick beats, catchy riffs and hooks, it's really a perfectly written record.

this album is amazing. words cannot describe how well thought out it is. every song is different but the same in every way. everything is connected and i love it to smithereens (iamsosorrythatwassobadiwillleavenow). i am so glad the boys are back. hoping that i will see them when they come back around in 2019 for the banditø tour !!!

These boys have worked so hard and they’ve made an amazing and magical album. I’ll stick w them forever!

This album had knocked my socks off, put them in my clothes basket, and did my laundry with how good it was!

The story of this album is absolutely outstanding👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 i was a little confused about this album at first (I liked songs like my blood, morph, and chlorine), and the lyrics seems really random to me. after watching the music videos and reading the Genius Lyrics stuff on this I completely understand and love it!!!!! the whole idea of this album is so creative and beautiful and deep! if you aren’t impressed with this album, i highly recommend that you look into the story of trench and you’ll love it just as much as i do💖 and, even if the lyrics weren’t amazing, every song is such a bop...you can’t not love it in my opinion🤪
