This album started okay with Natural but then it just turned into a relationship album which wasnt that exciting. The beats are okay but the chorus and lyrics arent that deep. Its just an eh album. It could have been so much more. They are no longer like the first and second album. They are more of a mainstream band now.
Make this known that these listed songs are my favourites))
“Machine” and “Natural” are PHENOMENAL! And “Zero”, despite what you think, has some really good qualities lyrically and instrumentally. “Digital” and its rebellious round of lyrics is inspiring and awing to that of Believer and Radioactive.
—“Natural” ties in rap, trap, alternative rock and synth perfectly, appealing to a large group of people! With melancholy and even griming lyrics, “Natural” is a very nice contrast to the rest of the album. “Natural” is truly deserving of being one of Imagine Dragons’ best songs!
—“Machine” has really AMAZING guitar rifts, a good story conveyed by lyrics, some very nostalgic sounds and synths, and then, “I am the Machine!” I mean, come on guys! “Machine” is GREAT!
—“Zero” has some very well-conceived synths that you have to actually listen to. And “Zero” is very different from what Imagine Dragons has made in the past and now, that’s why I think a lot struggle to like it. It may have some lyrical flaws, but given songs like “Natural,” “Digital,” and “Machine” make up for it indefinitely.
—“Digital” is a breakthrough of Imagine Dragons’ lyrical revolution. Not as amazing as “Natural,” but it provides a different setting. “Natural” is the representation of our world: dark, and cold. “Digital” is what our world could be. There’s hope and light at the end of the tunnel, and “Digital” is showing you the way to it.
I will admit that the album isn’t personally my favourite, but that is simply because I’m more of an alternative rock buff than a pop one. But this is still amazing. Imagine Dragons’ rock days are supposedly over, but listen closely. You’ll hear the heavy drums and guitar in “Machine” and the roars of “Natural” and “Digital.” In my opinion, Imagine Dragons’ isn’t leaving alternative rock entirely. But they are changing it. Evolving it to something new. In a way, this is the “Origin” of something new and beautiful. As in “Digital,”
“We don’t wanna change—we just wanna change everything!”
So many new amazing tracks. Definitely worth the purchase. Doesn’t disappoint!

Imagine dragons is garbage
Not my favorite
I'm a solid Imagine Dragons fan. Night Visions: iconic. Smoke and Mirrors: a fave. Evolve: love it. This album: blah. For me, this album is all one-note. It's like eating vanilla ice cream. I mean, yeah, I'll eat it, but where's the chocolate syrup? Where're the sprinkles? Where's the cherry? Tbh I'm kind of sad I paid $12 for it. Never thought I'd say that about an Imagine Dragons album. In my opinion, it's rare that their singles are the best songs on their albums, but unfortunately I think that's the case with this one, and I don't even particularly enjoy Nautral or Zero. I kept waiting for a song to come on and get me hyped, but it never happened. Kind of bummed about it.
Musically a step backwards for the band
I love the band but this album is a step backwards, the songs just aren’t as good the lyrics are so so. I’ll listen to it maybe 3 or 4 times but won’t listen to it no more after that, unlike the last album. Disappointing album.
Overall it’s a good album I do like there old style better and I don’t like how there shying away from it a bit but I like this album been a fan and have been listening to them since 2012, Not bad at all

Mediocre music delivered with as much soul as a box of grocery store sliders
My favorite band does not disappoint! I could here traces of Night Visions, Smoke + Mirrors, and Evolve in different songs. So much variety but all great!
